3M™ Novec™ 7000 Fluid unique properties make it useful as a low temperature, heat transfer fluid for cooling reactors in pharmaceutical & chemical processing. It's also ideal for low temperature automated test equipment & wafer processing equipment.
Additional Information 3M™ Novec™ 7000 Engineered Fluid is useful as a heat transfer liquid for cooling reactors in the pharmaceutical and chemical processing industries. In the semiconductor industry, it is ideal for automated test equipment (ATE) and wafer processing equipment which requires extreme low temperatures. It has also been used as an autocascade refrigerant. 3M™ Novec™ 7000 Engineered Fluid has a very low global warming potential (GWP) and offers reduced greenhouse gas emissions when compared to PFCs - without sacrificing performance.
