RC-7008:This product is emulsion injection grade PVDF resin produced by our company, which is a low molecular weight, semi-crystalline fluoropolymer homopolymerized by the emulsion method of vinylidene fluoride. It has the advantages of high temperature resistance, chemical resistance, UV resistance, high insulation and self-extinguishing of fluorine resin. It is mainly used for injection molding of PVDF valve body, valve cover, pipe fittings, lining plate and so on.
RCs-7008:This product is the suspension injection grade PVDF resin produced by our company, which is a low molecular weight, semi-crystalline fluorine polymer homopolymerized by the suspension method of vinylidene fluoride. It has the advantages of high temperature resistance, chemical resistance, UV resistance, high insulation and self-extinguishing of fluorine resin. It is mainly used for injection molding PVDF valve body, valve cover, pipe fittings, lining plate and membrane material.
Physical and Chemical Properties: White Powder, Melting Point 165-175℃, Standard Specific Gravity 1.75-1.79. The product is placed under outdoor conditions for a long time, which do not become brittle and crack. It has excellent rigidity, hardness, creep resistance and fatigue resistance.
Packaging, Storage and Transportation: The product should be stored in a clean and dry warehouse daily to prevent from the impurities. This product is non-toxic and harmless at room temperature. Attention should be paid to avoid processing temperature over 350 ℃, otherwise the product can decompose toxic gases under high temperature.
Packing Specification: The product is mainly packed in two-layer polyethylene plastic bag, carton box and ton bag for customer to choose.
