Product Usage：
RC-1015：This product is a PVDF resin prepared by dispersion method with high viscosity grade. It has strong bonding properties with active substances, metal pole pieces and polymers, which can effectively reduce the amount used in formulations. This product is mainly used in lithium iron phosphate system.
Physical and Chemical Properties: White Powder, Particle Size (D50) below 35um, Melting Point 160-165 °C, Standard Specific Gravity 1.75-1.77. The product can be used stably at high voltage with excellent heat resistance, electrical insulation and chemical stability.
Packaging, Storage and Transportation: The product should be stored in a clean and dry warehouse daily to prevent from the impurities. This product is non-toxic and harmless at room temperature. Attention should be paid to avoid processing temperature over 350 ℃, otherwise the product can decompose toxic gases under high temperature.
Packing Specification: The product is packed in double-layer polyethylene bag and then is placed in moisture-proof rigid carton box/drum.
